Alisse always considered herself to be an artist, taking interest in art and architecture from a young age. It wasn’t until her high school art teacher recommend she look into Fashion Design that she truly knew her path. Alisse started designing 6 months into her first industry job, and with passion and determination, quickly rose into senior level positions.
She had early success designing top selling styles and creating new segments of the business for the brands she worked for as well as developing her love for trend research, print and color. Concepting brought all of her passions together through big picture thinking specific-to-brand and then executing through the design process.

In 2011 she launched Thatcher Collection which had immediate success, selling at Neiman Marcus, Lane Crawford, Shopbop, Revolve, Dash, Ron Herman, Beckley, Elyse Walker, etc., and worn by Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian, Heidi Klum, Madonna, Emma Roberts and Keke Plamer to name a few with features in WWD, Apparel News, Style.com and The Find.
